On 9/9/99 we're proud to say we were 5 years old. Our vegan restaurant is currently packed day and night, and, in addition to that, we have an amazing delivery, take-out, catering and baking department.We've outgrown our space and are looking for either a nearby commisary kitchen or a larger over-all space with bigger capacity for all departments.

In my 20 years in the holistic and health food profession, I've never served a broader based clientele than now. The shakers and movers are definitely eating with us, and the public that we attract represents every ethnic background possible. Major health care practitioners eat with us and send us their clients. In addition, but just as important, very solid networking goes on in the room between professionals and lay-people who have made a commitment to this food and this movement.   ~Bart Potenza
